I collaborated with Danone México to design the internal communication program for associates at one of their main factories in Mexico. The goal was to create a visual identity that made everyday communication more engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for more than 2,500 employees.

Working alongside the HR and creative teams, I developed a vibrant, geometric visual identity that reflected Danone’s values of positivity and well-being. The system included program icons, digital signage, and animated assets displayed throughout the factory.

The content was designed to be colorful, fun, and practical, making important messages easier to understand and helping associates feel more connected to the company.

The initiative not only improved communication but also transformed the workplace atmosphere—showing how thoughtful design can enhance daily life and strengthen company culture.
