I collaborated with Altruist’s Growth team to design and optimize performance creatives that helped turn strategy into real, measurable results.
Altruist is a platform designed for RIAs (registered investment advisors), empowering them to manage client portfolios, open digital accounts, handle funding, and generate native billing and reporting.
THE
CHALLENGE
Altruist was looking to improve how their paid media campaigns performed, specifically by driving more qualified leads at a lower cost.
I helped by designing high-impact LinkedIn ads and landing pages built around clarity, conversion, and alignment with their growth goals.
the STRATEGY
I worked closely with the CMO, Growth Manager and Paid Media Strategist, and helped define a quarterly strategy. We needed to deliver the right message to specific audiences through a balance of clarity, storytelling, and experimentation.
I developed ad sets and landing pages guided by three visual pillars:
branded messages
Bold headlines and concise copy to stop the scroll and reinforce brand identity.
lifestyle imagery
Relatable visuals that reflected the day-to-day reality of financial advisors.
visual metaphors
Abstract shapes and compositions used to illustrate complex ideas with simplicity and impact.




Optimization and insights
In performance design, testing is everything. Through ongoing A/B tests, I analyzed what truly was working with our audience, tracking metrics like CTR, CVR, and bounce rate.
Every two weeks, we reviewed data, discussed creative hypotheses, and refined designs based on real insights. Each quarter, I led deeper landing page audits using heatmaps and session recordings to uncover user behaviors and improve the overall conversion journey.



results and conclusion
This project reinforced one of my core beliefs: great performance design happens when creativity and data work hand in hand. By combining visual clarity and ongoing iteration, we built campaigns that not only looked great but performed even better. The close collaboration and alignment between growth, paid media, and design teams were key to making this partnership a success.
